I spent 20 minutes on hold to be told I needed to call another location, where I spent another 20 minutes on hold to be told I needed to call the first location back because they didn't so something correctly. This is absurd and horrible customer service. @cvspharmacy

@IKEAUSA ordered over a month ago. delivery was supposed to be today. phone number tells you to go to website for more info. the website tells you to email. the email says you’re only taking order cancellations. This is absurd and the lack of communication is infuriating
