@prolifefrenchie Ex: Someone who pays $1000 per rent has roughly even unrecoverable costs (what people call "throwing money away") to someone with a $150,000 home
@prolifefrenchie ...in rent, it likely makes sense to buy mathematically. If your rent would be cheaper than ~8-8.5% of the home value, it makes more sense mathematically to keep renting and put the difference into savings & investments.
@prolifefrenchie No because this was the left when I was growing up as much as we may like to pretend it was a massive kumbaya fest back in the day. Can virtually guarantee we'll soon be getting "Remember Moderate Republicans like Donald Trump, now we have (insert new boogeyman)".
@SirJBritain Seems like a 3rd thing
>Tiny bit aware but think it can be fixed by just replacing Starmer rather than the Labour Party as a whole

@RJcliffordMMA Gaethje runs a bounty in sparring at his gym, anyone who can drop him with a body shot gets $500. He'd been preparing for that exact moment for years.
@smalltown_wife@literally_chad Its overrated due to the legal system these days where getting caught doing that is considered just as bad as an actual crime. Only possible these days in rural areas.
@maggiemoda • Marrying the next person you date after said decade plus relationship within a year because you've "matured and are ready to settle down"
