Many of us grew up learning lessons while hearing the Christmas story.
Here'a a new lesson you may have never considered to "Teach Your Sons" as the Christmas comes close.
Do Not Forget to interact by Liking, Commenting Sharing, and Tagging as many of your friends as you can!
I was once chased by a black hen when I was around 9-10 years old. Those ones that’ll fly on you and peck the hell out of you 😂
Ever since, I was scared of chickens and birds in general.
God now did me dirty and was given Veterinary Medicine when I had applied Medicine & Surgery like the other ~60% of science students 😂
I had fought this phobia by becoming and a Student Intern with Wonder Vet, New Karu.
I forced myself to get involved in vaccinating, debeaking, treatment and even to raise birds of my own.
I even assisted New Farmers startup their farms and was carrying out Post Mortem & Diagnosis on chickens and even turkeys.
And I was just in 200-300 level by this time.
Today, Poultry, Aquaculture & Livestock are my babies.
That’s where I’ll make my millions IJN, and contribute to our New Nigeria which I believe is POssible🇳🇬
Public schools in Nigeria are very vulnerable, especially those located in outskirts and remote villages.
Nothing stops bandits from kidnapping students and teachers in those schools.
How can teachers and students in schools located in remote villages be protected, when they are always the victims of bandits and kidnappers?
I’ve been in Jos for like 5 days now and I have a lot to say.
Firstly, I never knew a people could be this nice and kind and respectful.
I almost felt sick because I never knew people could still be like that.
Lagos has fried my brain. People call you Sir while offering every service to you.
From the suya guy to the super market attendant to the local restaurant to every single person.
I’ve never seen this before in my life. In Lagos, the way I know the food in a restaurant would be good is if the woman is rude.
I never trust the food of a polite food seller in Lagos.
But I’m here where everyone treats you with respect.
Then things are cheaper. The uber that will normally cost 10 million naira here in Lagos is 2,500 here.
I’ve never seen life lived like this before. I see clear road everywhere.
I’m not scared of holding my phone carelessly.
Hotel is cheap with free WiFi. Omo. Jos na place.

THE DIRECTORATE OF HEALTH, HYGIENE AND SANITATION, OFFICE OF THE SUG PRESIDENT, ENGAGES WITH THE UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES, TO ADVANCE STUDENT HEALTH AND WELFARE
Professor Goni Abraham Dogo and other Researchers from the Department of Veterinary Parasitology and Entomology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine UNIJOS developed JUTVAC-NG — a groundbreaking polyvalent anti-tick vaccine for livestock (Cow, goats & even dogs etc).
It uses recombinant DNA technology by engineering E. coli bacteria to produce tick proteins that trigger an immune response in livestock.
When vaccinated animals are bitten, their immune system produces antibodies that attacks and disrupts the tick’s biology, reducing infestation across multiple tick species (that’s what “polyvalent” means).
It protects livestock from ticks that spread deadly diseases like babesiosis, theileriosis, and anaplasmosis.
These are common illnesses that affect herds and cripple farmers’ livelihoods.
Unlike chemical acaricides (which ticks are increasingly resistant to), this vaccine offers a sustainable, science-based solution with no toxic residues in meat or milk.
The Federal Government of Nigeria awarded UNIJOS a 20-year patent (Special Licence) — giving the university exclusive rights to the invention.
It was funded by two TETFUND National Research Fund grants.
It is not yet on shelves; but plans are underway to partner with private pharmaceutical manufacturers for mass production and nationwide distribution.
Veterinary training and public awareness campaigns will also accompany the rollout.
Why should the President appoint the INEC Chairman?
This is fundamentally wrong.
It makes the Commission dependent on the very person they’re supposed to hold accountable and makes credible elections impossible.
The President should NOT be appointing the INEC Chairman.
As long as INEC depends on the President, credible elections in Nigeria are a fantasy.
June is Men’s Health Awareness Month, and I would want to hold a one day meeting/event with Men interested to talk about Men’s Mental Health.
Yes it will be a Physical gathering in Jos, and if things go well(I get few sponsors), it will be free.

Dear @Iceprincezamani
I watched your interview & how passionate you are about farming. It is an interesting field I must say.
Let Dara Farms construct your greenhouses. We also have good agronomists that will manage your farms too.
These photos are a few of what we have done
