(He coincidentally decided to go to London to "attract business" to Chicago the same week of the Bears game).

It's disrespectful and condescending for pointing out that the "Black man" is going to London for a Bears game.

He ends it by essentially saying yes, he'll be at the game to "root for the Chicago Bears."
