About 2 chapters a week.
Taking notes and reviewing.
Using the time to really let it sink in.
And finding strength in the harder parts.

Now? Ultra processed foods and inflammation.
More ultra processed food intake means more systemic inflammation leading to more health risks.
Bottom line: Consume fresh, whole foods to improve health.
Most of us have room to improve on our daily fiber goal.
But its essential to take it slow when adding to experience less of the gas and bloating.
Add an extra 5 grams of fiber daily to move towards our goal and work on that gut health in a reasonable manner.
