BPC-157🩹
These Four peptides just got the committee approval 🏴☠️
Everyone of these compounds I have used and had tremendous results 🏴☠️
If you have been in this space a while you already know why these four made the cut🏴☠️
Here is a brief overview of what each compounds does🏴☠️
-BPC-157🩹
The healing one🏴☠️
It builds new blood supply into damaged tissue which is the whole reason things heal at all🏴☠️
Big for gut and soft tissue since it came from a protein in your own stomach🏴☠️
-TB-500🚑
The mobilizer🏴☠️
It gets your repair cells moving to the injury from all over your body instead of just around the wound🏴☠️
BPC builds the roads TB-500 brings the crew🏴☠️
-MOTS-c🏎️
The metabolic one🏴☠️
Your mitochondria make this and it flips the same switch a hard training session flips🏴☠️
Burns fat for fuel and helps your body handle glucose better🏴☠️
-KPV🛡️
The inflammation one🏴☠️
Tiny fragment of a hormone you already make and it shuts down NF-kB which is your master inflammation switch🏴☠️
Strongest evidence is in the gut and its one of the rare ones that works orally🏴☠️
Now the part people are getting confused🏴☠️
This is a recommendation not a green light🏴☠️
FDA still has to run the full rulemaking process and that takes a year at minimum🏴☠️
But four compounds this community has been researching for years just got taken seriously in a federal advisory room🏴☠️
That is not nothing🏴☠️
This is peptides becoming to big to ignore🏴☠️
Some afternoon DD on Temisartan.
Telmisartan is one of the most underrated compounds in enhanced performance and longevity circles.
While most people only think of it as a blood pressure medication, its benefits go far beyond that — especially when you're running peptides, TRT, or anabolics.
Here's why it's critical:
Telmisartan is highly effective at controlling blood pressure and hematocrit without the sides of diuretics or beta-blockers. It has a longer half-life than most ARBs, giving more stable 24-hour control. This becomes very important on TRT and anabolics, which commonly raise blood pressure and blood viscosity.
My first win since my dad passed. I don’t like to talk about it much, but the last two months have been really tough. I’m missing my crew chief, my driver coach, my dad, the guy who I looked up to more anyone. I know he would be proud the way I ran the top (much better than him lol) to win my first Micro A-Main at Port City. We love and miss you so much dad.💚
@Bartek_Kamyk_ One of the first gyms I ever trained in had one and I loved it. Added one recently to my fitness studio simply for “nostalgia sake” and use it way more than anticipated. You start “at the bottom” on mine so going to absolute failure is a wonderful option and obliterates my quads!
WTF. Mother of a student at @MarvinRidgeHSNC in North Carolina, says her son's senior year American Flag parking spot design was reportedly DENIED by the school because it "might offend someone."
This student, who is enlisting in the military, can't have an AMERICAN FLAG parking spot at an AMERICAN PUBLIC SCHOOL.
Wtf is going on @MarvinRidgeHSNC?!
🚨 You cannot outrun a bad diet.
Exercise alone produces only 2 to 3 pounds of weight loss over 6 months without dietary changes.
The treadmill is not your problem. Your fork is.
🔬 Here is what the science actually says.
The research on exercise-only interventions is brutal in its honesty. When you add structured cardio without changing what you eat, your body compensates. Hunger increases. Spontaneous movement outside the gym decreases. Your metabolism adapts. The result is modest weight loss at best and zero weight loss at worst.
Diet-only interventions consistently outperform exercise-only interventions by a factor of 3 to 1 in head-to-head trials.
That matters because millions of people are spending 5 hours a week on cardio and wondering why the scale does not move.
💓 The trial data is clear.
✅ LOOK AHEAD (lifestyle intervention): Diet plus exercise produced 8.6% body weight reduction at 1 year. Exercise alone produced less than 2%.
✅ DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM (metformin vs lifestyle): The lifestyle arm, anchored in dietary change, reduced diabetes progression by 58% versus 31% in the metformin arm.
The common thread is food.
🫀 But here is where most people get it wrong.
Exercise is not useless. It is irreplaceable for what diet cannot do alone.
Exercise preserves lean muscle mass during weight loss. It improves insulin sensitivity independent of the scale. It reduces cardiovascular mortality even at the same body weight. It protects the heart in ways that caloric restriction simply does not.
A patient who loses 30 pounds through diet alone loses roughly 25% of that as muscle. A patient who combines diet with resistance training preserves nearly all of that muscle. That is the difference between metabolic resilience and metabolic fragility 10 years from now.
⚠️ The trap people fall into.
❌ Eating back every calorie burned on the treadmill.
❌ Rewarding a 45-minute run with food that erases the deficit.
❌ Treating exercise as the primary weight loss tool instead of the primary health preservation tool.
The question is no longer whether to exercise. The question is whether you understand what exercise actually does versus what your diet actually does.
🩺 I am a cardiologist.
I have seen hundreds of patients frustrated by years of gym effort with nothing to show on the scale. The conversation changes the moment they stop treating food as a reward for movement and start treating it as the primary lever for body composition.
❤️ Bottom line:
Diet drives weight loss. Exercise drives health. You need both, but they are not interchangeable tools.
The evidence from dozens of randomized trials covering tens of thousands of patients points to the same answer. Fix the food first. Add the movement second. Never confuse one for the other.
Start by tracking what you eat for 7 days before changing a single workout. You will see the problem immediately.
What is harder for you to change. What you eat or how much you move?

1/7) This is, without a doubt, the craziest “diabetes drug” ever invented.
It’s completed Phase II human clinical trials showing efficacy for reducing blood sugar and improving blood pressure. But the promise may extend far beyond that. In preclinical trials, it:
• Reduces fatty liver
• Increases energy expenditure
• Improves exercise endurance
• Cuts fat without sacrificing muscle
It’s called ATX-304. But how does it work?
Retatrutide is not JUST a drug for weight loss.
It’s also a:
Drug for lowering cholesterol
Drug for lowering blood sugar
Drug for lowering blood pressure
Drug for lowering inflammation
Knee osteoarthritis
Liver fat (NASH)
Obstructive Sleep Apnea
And probably 10 more things.
Monster potential‼️
