YFE provides training for those who work or volunteer in areas that support: Care Leavers, Young Offenders, Sex Workers, and the Homeless. Staff will learn about a range of hidden differences, looking at how when unsupported can affect education, employment, and mental health.

Hidden differences if undiagnosed or unsupported can have a detrimental impact on people's lives. Hidden differences include: Autism, Dyslexia, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder and Brain Injury. They can severely impact access to education and qualifications. #Hiddendifferences

YFE seeks to support those who have missed out to acquire skills such as literacy, numeracy, communication, and organisation skills. This involves working with people who have experienced the justice system, the care system, homelessness or sex work. #charitytuesday

We do this by working in partnership with charities. We offer a range of support to enable them to better access services, education, and employment as well as developing the skills required to develop and maintain healthy friendships and relationships. #careleavers
