Worst hospitality experience I've ever had with @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp. I made a booking for a stay next month for a family vacation. After 8 MINUTES, I find out about a my partner can't make the trip due to an emergency medical situation

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp told me that I can't get a refund if I cancel a stay due to harassment and threats from a host. I feel extremely uncomfortable and airbnb is putting me in harm's way.
