We just hit 1,000 registered users on YourSitee.
Every single one of you found us early, believed in what we were building, and helped shape this platform into what it is today. Thank you.
Beta is almost over. Before the official launch, we need your help with two things:
YourSitee Analytics is becoming part of the experience.
See your views, clicks, top locations, and the buttons your visitors actually use, all in one simple and clean dashboard.
Built to help you understand your audience, without making analytics feel complicated.
Since January, I’ve sent 230+ personalized cold emails/messages about @YourSitee.
Creators, analysts, actors, public figures - both Hungarian and international.
I noticed they usually fall into 2 groups:
• people already using link-in-bio tools, who instantly understand the use case
• people who never used one before, where you first have to explain why it even matters
Over the months, I experimented with a lot:
• personalized demo pages showing how their profile could look
• step-by-step onboarding guides
more personal outreach for some, simpler/direct for others
For some, YourSitee could replace a broken website.
For others, it was simply a free alternative to expensive Linktree plans.
The conclusion from all these cold emails/messages still isn’t fully clear to me yet. I’m still learning, iterating, and improving based on what actually gets responses.
And yes: out of 230+ emails, not many replied. Probably somewhere below 10%.
Still, the combined audience of some of YourSitee’s top users now exceeds 1,000,000 followers.
That makes me incredibly proud.
A wise friend of mine once told me:
“You’re not getting too few replies. You just haven’t emailed enough people yet.”
We keep going.
We just applied to Y Combinator with @YourSitee.
Whatever the result, I want to take a moment before the answer comes.
@ycombinator is an incredible opportunity - especially for a Hungarian startup building from the heart of Europe. But honestly? I already feel lucky.
I have two co-founders @abel_herfort, @szalovszkyd, I am proud to call close friends. A team with designers and developers who genuinely care. A community of users who report bugs, share feedback, and root for us. Early supporters who believed before there was much to believe in.
Everything an early-stage startup could ask for.
So regardless of what comes next - and I am genuinely excited to find out - I want to say thank you. To my co-founders, our team, my friends, my girlfriend, my teachers, my family, and everyone who contributed to getting us here in any way.
We are moving forward. No matter what.
Thank you @xzon1x and CsPS for your donations! ❤️
There’s only a short time left to get our limited Early Supporter badge. Once the beta ends, it will be gone forever. https://t.co/uJe8X3paXK
