Want to make new friends OUTSIDE your smart phone?
Our 2022 seminar registration is now open! We help teens click with each other, their values, and their goals instead of mindlessly clicking on a cell phone.
It's like meeting new friends on Twitter, but in real life.
Want to feel happy? Right now, call or text someone and sincerely say: "thank you" for something. Consider this:
- Expressing gratitude to someone has been proven to increase happiness
- Daily recognition of gratitude increases likelihood of happiness & optimism by over 50%
Pretty impressive tbh. Being really good at something is a good thing, and technology isn't bad.
But don't let virtual achievements overshadow IRL goals and relationships.
We'll help you balance that. Visit the link in our bio to learn more.
The average American spends a ton of time on their smartphone. On average, Americans spend:
- 5.4 hours a day
- 12 weeks a year
- 16 years of their life
What would be a better use of that time?
Don't define yourself by your but.
Too often we say: "I'm awesome, BUT I'll never be as ___ as my friends"
See how you can ignore your positives because of negatives?
Instead, use AND
"I'm awesome, AND my friends are really good at ___. Which is great, we can help each other"
Click actually has a really fun, overnight in dorms, in-person seminar for teens!

If your goals are not based on your values, then accomplishing those goals actually accomplishes nothing.
Without a clear picture of WHO you want to be, HOW you get there is doesn't help anyone.
โThe only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing."
Which means all that evil needs is for good people to be distracted.
Today, that distraction looks like the 5.4 hours the average American spends on their smartphone daily.
Can we talk about this?
I agree: social media could be a positive or a negative.
Our strategy seems to be: "let's cross our fingers and hope it ends up being a positive." Meanwhile, it's harming our mental health.
We can do better

Sometimes it's easier to ignore the truth.
But guess what: Smartphones are great when used correctly. But when our device use becomes excessive, it can be harmful. Real life is better than a smartphone.
