@JioCare@reliancejio, you are the WORST internet service provider. We had been informed that an Internet connection will be done by morning at both our office and home and nothing post this is communicated. We have tried customer care and no response. Why such a long process?
@JioCare I have replied to you today too. Customer care have been the rudest. We have cancelled our membership and the company isn’t paying our refund. Everyday, it is giving a new timeline on the return and customer care isn’t helping. What’s the point?

@JioCare, my WiFi option on phone isn’t working. The only way it works is through phone Internet. So, I put ₹100 and got 5gb. My phone says no internet but jio tells me 5gb available. Then I top up for ₹10 and tried called your helpline number. None of them work. More below…
@JioCare doesn’t really care. There is no way for me to receive any kind of help over this issue. It’s bad that I’m supposed to reach a public platform to seek help, that’s how useless the app really is. You can’t just keep buying people’s life through their money. Learn to help
I used 1800 number and the phone says I can’t make international call. Really? How is it international?
There is no clarity on app or any way to seek help except reach out here. This is really bad. I’ve been using @airtelindia and honestly, it is the smoothest process ever.
I called 199 and instead of help, the only options available there are more recharge options. God forbid someone is in an emergency and they use jio, this network is of no help to anyone then. Only in leisure you can use. More below.

@WestsideStores, we are at Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West. I’ve come here multiple times because I live nearby but most counters aren’t ever functioning and I’m always waiting for 20 minutes just at check out with usually 1-2 products. This isn’t done. This is bad service and not ok
