So fun to lead a #SOHO26 poster walk for MPNs! Thank you to all who joined! We reviewed abstracts about using AI for risk stratification in MF, learned about cytokines as biomarkers for response, Calr ab for MPN and rusfertide in PV! #mpnsm
#SOHO2026 was such a great experience!!
Grateful for the opportunity to learn from my mentors and to hear so many exciting updates in #MPN and #MCL
Leaving SOHO inspired, energized, and excited for what’s ahead! 🩸🔬
In addition to the CAR T-cell vs. bispecific antibody debate, the talk on BCMA and GPRC5D in MM also drew my attention. Mutation-guided personalized treatment remains unexplored in MM, and this is exactly what I am doing for my next project!!

Day 2 #SOHO2026
Starting the day with a great talk by my mentor Dr. @GabyHobbs , featuring two recently approved drugs. Also excited to learn about the potential CAR T therapy for MPNs as a lymphoma/myeloma fellow who works with CAR T therapy regularly!!

Congrats @YuHanChen0213 for this publication describing outcomes of MPN pts with concurrent MPL and JAK2/CALR mutations! Thank you @KuykendallMd for the collaboration and @ASH HIP program for their support! #MPNSM#MGH https://t.co/RIqR3FRT0z
Many thanks to the Englewood Health family and faculty for helping me become the physician I am today. This milestone would not have been possible without your guidance, mentorship, and unwavering support🥰🥰 #Hematology#Oncology
Excited to begin my journey as a Lymphoma/Myeloma Fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center! Looking forward to learning from incredible peers and mentors! At the same time, I’m preparing for the 2027 Hematology/Oncology Match. Grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way!!
📢New publication!
Grateful for the mentorship and guidance that made this project possible and ultimately led to publication!
Our study suggests that MPL+JAK2/CALR co-mutations may be more common than previously recognized and frequently harbor HMR mutations!

⚠️ New findings presented in the plenary session at #ASCO26 suggest daraxonrasib could help usher in a new era of treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer.
In a phase 3 study led by @EileenMOReilly and colleagues, patients receiving #daraxonrasib lived a median of 13.2 months compared with 6.7 months for those treated with chemotherapy.
"To date in my career, I have not seen this level of benefit from any single anti-cancer drug in this disease."

Great to be at #ASCO2026!
Enjoying the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and learn about the latest advances in cancer research.
Looking forward to starting my Lymphoma/Myeloma fellowship at MDACC this summer and continuing this exciting journey!

Our TrinetX study is now published!🚀
We found that SGLT2 inhibitor is associated with erythrocytosis in T2DM patients, and those with erythrocytosis had a higher incidence of thromboembolic events compared with those without!

Presenting our work at #ASH25 on MF patients with MPL mutations. This rare group might have worse prognosis!! So cool to meet nice people and find potential collaboration opportunities 🤩#MPNsm@ASH_hematology@GabyHobbs

The role of LIF/LIFR remains context-dependent in gastric cancer. It will be interesting to see whether this molecule can eventually become a viable therapeutic target as more research explores its potential!!
📢Our latest review article:
“LIF/LIFR Signaling in Gastric Cancer: A Double-Edged Sword in Tumor Progression and Therapeutic Resistance”
This project was an incredible journey in understanding cancer signaling pathways and the tumor microenvironment🔬✨

📢Our team’s TriNetX study is published!
We found that immune checkpoint inhibitors significantly increase the risk of T1DM and DKA in metastatic cancer patients‼️
More TriNetX research from us to come.
Grateful to Dr. Lee & team!
