The other day, I got a phone call from a CDM staff we are supporting monthly. She is one of the first few CDM staff in her department. Her family evicted her from home for doing CDM. She is now living somewhere else. No home, no job, no income, no internet!

The funeral of social worker Ko Thiha, who was killed in Bago on Friday, was held on Saturday afternoon. Ko Thiha was shot in the thigh while scaling a wall, according to a friend, who said he saw soldiers beating Ko Thiha when he fell from the wall.
