@MTNza I have attempted to make contact with your customer care service via phone call and email correspondence for over 2 weeks. I’m very disappointed with the inability to reach someone regarding an attempt to upgrade. Perhaps @Vodacom / @CellC have a package of interest?

@kulula your customer service is something appalling.We have been unable to reach you telephonically on the no. advertised on your website, (which resulted in a missed flight).The email address provided seems to go to spam as I’m sure you do not choose to ignore paying customers.
@kulula Did you receive my email on the 09 of March 2022? Perhaps you should read it as there would be no point to resend an email that’s not relevant. I’m happy to post it here and explain why again.
