For paid players, everything you've spent does not equate to whatever that $2 gave. For free players, a simple $2 gave essentially f2p players a huge leap. This is injustice happening.

@Frank_Supercell This is what I would do. Announce a day before that the offer will be available for 10 mins after shop reset two times, 12 hours apart to target all timezones. You do not lose money. You lose potential profit. That's what I would do.

@Frank_Supercell @Miit0_ This is your mistake. You had the chance to shut down the server 20 minutes after shop reset when you took down the offer and did a rollback. But no. You didn't. The pre-LNY weekend money is more important for your corporate job.

This is your fault. And you can still rollback now. Refund the money and offer some gems to affected players. Simple.

@Frank_Supercell @pumpkintron As someone who spent over $200 USD on the game and not getting anywhere close to the value of this $2 USD offer, I, and basically everyone else feels that this is unjust. The best solution is to reset the players' progress before shop reset today.
