@cmsinvests teens barely convert on ads anyway, we pay for +25-54, not 14-year-olds. pipelines my ass when doing DTC we are not cohorting 2036๐this is just raising rivals' costs theory or whatever its called
@cmsinvests overreaction :-) States wanted ~$200B, Meta pays $12.1B floor over 10y โ <1% of revenue/yr,basically ~3 weeks of profit. $5B only triggers if TT + YT adopt. Buying industry standard at 85bps, invoiced competitors for a third. Never doubt zuc, onwards always and "engagement risk"
We now drop new products every quarter, so we tested a new way to launch on email.
๐ณ๐ด Norway got a normal launch.
๐ณ๐ฑ Netherlands got a "password launch" (a 3-email sequence).
Same brand. Same audience list (NL even smaller). Wildly different results:
CTR: 0.34% vs 2.9%
Revenue: โฌ3.4k vs โฌ22.6k
Just by changing how we launched.
Comment "password", like + RT and I'll DM you the exact 3-email sequence that won.
@EcomTable@MaxFreeman772 Are they going from 3rd party fb site > 3rd party site > congrunt PDP? Do you have any live examples of this in the ad lib that isn't yours?
Claude Code is cracked
i just figured out how to take any viral video and reverse-engineer the exact strategy, format, hook, script, cta into any niche with one link.
you find a viral tiktok pulling millions of views, and copy the link, send it to the ai agent, and it recreates that exact strategy for your niche. same structure, different product.
i've tested this against chatgpt and gemini and it's not even close. they fall apart the moment you try anything complex, extracting video structure, predicting content patterns, running multi-step workflows. this agent handles all of it without breaking.
if you're still manually studying viral posts or paying creators to split test your content, this replaces that entire process.
you can't just prompt this out of a default chatbot though. if you try to reverse-engineer a viral format with basic prompting you'll get generic output that misses every detail that made the original work. there's a specific prompting method that makes it land every time.
so i packaged up the whole system. you're getting the full setup + the AI Agent, and the workflow for batching this at scale.
rt + reply "motion" and i'll send it over
(must be following so i can dm)
i shouldn't be sharing this but here you go
i keep seeing 2-3 ai ad styles right now across every single brand
- claymation
- pixar
- lego
just cracked anohter winner format and it costs me $0.10 to create, i broke down everything i use to create those
here's what you're getting:
- my exact balloon material prompt (steal it, works on any object)
- gpt-image-2 + kling 3 chain start to finish (copy paste)
- how i keep the style consistent across every frame
- my elevenlabs setup for this kind of ad (voice that doesn't sound ai)
- 5 more untapped styles nobody is running yet
rt + reply "BALLOON" and i'll send it so you can run it before the feed fills up with it (must follow so i can dm)
@ToriiRowe Ty for sharing. Same campaign different ad sets or a new campaign for each product? And have you tried testing different pixel / custom conversion in these cases for signal?
