Execution is easy.
Agreement is hard.
Software can move assets in seconds. It still doesn't know what both parties actually committed to, what counts as done, or when value should move.
That's the missing layer.

If you want to get any job in Web3, read this 🎯
Ina samun a lots of DMs na mutane akan how to get web3 jobs cikin lokutan nan, Idan ban samu damar amsa maka ba my apologies 🥹
Ga amsa ta akan kowa da yayi mun DM ban amsa ba👇
Please ka tabbatar kayi bookmark na post din nan sannan kayi wa followers dinka retweet
First of all, you need to understand that the era of sending just DMs on Telegram has passed.
A 2020/2021 cikin sauqi zaka tura wa founders DMs and you get the jobs easily but that's not the case anymore.
Ga steps da zaka bi ka samu aiki da kowanne irin skills gareka.
1. Kayi creating personal brand on any social media of your choice inda target audience dinka suke.
~ Ina building brand dina a X (Twitter)
Target audience dinka a matsayinka na job seeker sune:
Founders, CMOs, COOs, CTOs (esp for technical roles), HR, and other core team members.
2. Ka fara creating da sharing valuable contents a 6angaren niche dinka.
3. Kayi building connections da mutanen da kuke niche daya dasu da kuma mutanen da kasan zasu iya kawo maka job opportunities.
Also try to build connections with your target audience.
Idan kayi following dinsu a Twitter, ka kunna notifications kayi kokarin engaging da post dinsu duk lokacin da sukayi. Daganan zaka iya masu DM after 2 - 10 days haka.
Try to attend offline/online events as well and connect with the speakers and panelists.
If you see an HR personnel that works in Web3, try to connect with these people as well and tell them what you do.
4. Ka riqa kokarin volunteer kayi aiki free, wannan zai kawo maka connections sannan zai taimaka ma wajen samun experience na aikin da kakeson yi.
Sometimes, you might end up landing a gig if you work very well as a volunteer.
While volunteering, try to get close to the founder of the project or the decision-makers of the project. Make them love you.
Search for projects using platforms like @CoinMarketCap, @DefiLlama, etc.
Reach out to these projects to volunteer.
Create a CV and have it handy just in case.
5. Start sending out cold DMs to at least 40 projects and more in a week.
Zaka iya amfani da email, telegram, Twitter, discord, da LinkedIn.
Create targeted proposals for each project and your proposal should contain:
~ The problem you have seen in the project
~ The value and solution you can bring to the project.
~ A link to your socials where you are building or building a personal brand.
~ A CTA
Kayi kokarin tura proposal dinka ga decision makers na project din ba kowanne random person da yake wa project din aiki ba.
Search for the decision makers of that project on Twitter. Connect with them as I explained in step 3 and send your proposal to them.
Idan a Telegram ko Discord kake neman aiki, kayi kokari ka riqa engaging da community din kaima ka na sharing ideas dinka. Duk lokacin da wani decision makers na project din sukace wani abu, try to respond to their messages even if they are not talking to you.
The goal is for them to see your name and pic so that when you finally send them a cold DM, they won't be wondering who you are.
You can try out job boards like @rethinkablejobs@CryptoJobs e.t.c.
But the probability of getting jobs there is always slim.
6. Create a database of projects/people you have sent cold DMs to and follow up after a day or two if they don't respond.
Don't spam their DMs. If they read and don't respond after you follow up, it's possible they are not interested so move on to another project.
7. Don't stop doing step 1 no matter how many jobs you start getting.
8. Be consistent in all these steps and don't forget to pray while at it.
I hope this was helpful 🎯
Now say thank you 😊
