Season 6 of Turbo Gum is officially over!📸

150+ players and a $45 prize pool this season. Since I took 1st place myself, I passed my reward on to the top 3 leaderboard finishers — plus $2.5 each to @HarshitXXME and @Faisalgguzz for their great posts about the game.

Now we're moving into Season 7 — and closing out the era of retro-car themed seasons. The box shifts into SPORT mode:
>80 cars
>Boats and motorboats
>A bunch of motorcycles
>Real racing cars

I've also decided I'm dropping the in-game magazines going forward. They just take way too much time and effort, and honestly probably nobody reads them — but everyone who holds a magazine should feel good knowing they were part of this, and I'll factor that into the token distribution.

And I've finally locked in Turbo Gum's real end goal: bring real gum wrapper inserts into Web3 as a full digital archive — collecting every Turbo insert from every year into one complete collection. Some originals haven't survived, so I'm restoring or fully regenerating them to look right again. I've already collected more than half of everything that exists across all those years.

Season 5 on Turbo Gum has officially started🏁

As I said before, it will run for exactly 30 days. I hope you like the era I chose. This season, you’ll discover a little more about true retro😉

I fixed the mistakes I made yesterday, added a new quiz to the game, Quiz (#11), and also added some USDC to the Flip rewards.
For those who don’t know: try flipping a card in your album. There might be free gum or USDC hidden there

Oh, and by the way, I took first place last season, which means I’m giving the entire first-place reward to the top 3 on the leaderboard:

I understand that the rewards for this season may feel a little disappointing, but look around: the crypto space is in one of its roughest states ever.
Personally, I promise to put a bit more of my own funds into the prize pool. I sincerely want, and I will make sure, that people who play my game eventually feel that their time was not wasted.

Turbo Gum at 28th place on Base App leaderboard this week📈

Slow but we're moving.
Prize pool is sitting at $95 and gets split between top 50 collectors.
Getting in is easier than it sounds: do the weekly quiz, check in daily (7+ days streak = 2 packs per day) Invite your friends or write posts about the game.

Turbo Gum is now fully adapted for desktop🖥️

I spent the entire week building the web version of the game. It’s now optimized for wide screens, the UI looks great, and you can play directly in your browser.

What’s new:
- Consistency reward: after 7 days of daily check-ins, you not only get a secret card, but also 2 packs for every next check-in instead of one. A great reason to come back every day.
Right now I’m actively working on transitioning from Farcaster-based logic to a regular web setup. To be honest, there are some challenges, but I’m confident I’ll figure it out.

I’m also working on in-game minting. I can’t show details yet, but I really like how it’s shaping up. Hope you’ll like it just as much.
