Was such an honor to get a chance to talk to the legendary @Slash yesterday. His album #orgyofthedamned is out on the 17th! #GuitarHero#Slash

Thanks to @SouthwestAir nee policies my 4 year old and 2 year old apparently will need to sit by themselves on our upcoming flight. Nice way to treat long time customers and cardholders! Won't be back after this.
@jakewasikowski@SouthwestAir Oh boy... yep. Get ready! Even at 9 and 13 though... for southwest to put you in that position... unacceptable. At least I know you and @SOSHVACOmaha take care of customers!
@denstarr4@SouthwestAir As I said... thats the point. Forcing families to pay extra to sit together is egregious. Its a cash grab. This was never a problem before. You ask what my solution is... the airline is who decide the solutions. Not the customer.
@denstarr4@SouthwestAir Thats the point... the new boarding policies etc allow you to spend extra money per seat more than 48 hours prior to choose a seat. For a family of 5 having to pay extra per seat EACH segment of a trip would add on roughly 1300 dollars to the cost of the flight.
@denstarr4@SouthwestAir The point is... southwest used to be affordable and family friendly. Discussions with customer service today telling us the only way to sit together as a family is to absorb those costs meaning this is not a family friendly airline to fly
@denstarr4@SouthwestAir Not surprised you aren't understanding the situation. My family of 5 booked this flight months ago. Southwest doesnt let us choose seats until 48 hours prior to flight. Here we are 48 hours prior to our flight which... again... we booked months ago. Only middle seats remain.
@callmeweir@davidgilmour@PollySamson Well... I mean its at a movie theater. Its a showing of a show. So I wasn't sure what the rules were on that. I was torn between this shirt and a madmardigan shirt. Clearly I must have made the wrong decision
