@MowzaProduction@CultureCrave@FOS I remember the image was moving slightly. Probably asked AI to animate it subtly for vibes and spat out this monstrosity.
@LakeShowYo I didn’t see the original, but I just knew something about the version shown in the broadcast was cooked to hell.
The way I remember it being slightly animated felt off to me too.
@NaturalNeonRain@Krissa_Kray_ And parking be expensive too. If I’m hitting up multiple places in a city like Boston, I ain’t paying for parking in all the different places. I park on the outskirts where parking is cheap, and take the subway in and use that to get to all the places I want to hit up.
@Optimum70601918@jumper42@histofevery_yt2 Adding to this point, USAID had a budget of around 45 billion and defense spending of I believe just under 900 billion at the time. There are probably individual branches of the military that get more funding than USAID as a whole.
@JRD_1000@JeffBiesinger And saying that “NBA allows it” is also part of the whole frustration rather than a gotcha.
Like… didn’t they say they were gonna punish flops with techs? That lasted like 2 weeks and is rarely called after that.
@TamTamTammy3@Back2Bored@stillnumba4 Well yes, the war criminal here has far less to say in their defense.
We’re talking about the poor and ignorant 17-yo from an underfunded high school who has little idea that this is a position they can be pushed into.
American poverty. Weaponized to the world’s detriment.
@TamTamTammy3@stillnumba4 Easily glossed over. Especially when students might only spend a few weeks on this portion of curriculum.
Maybe there are footnotes that might push someone to look further, but the less well off and well resourced students will have bigger fish to fry in their own lives.
@TamTamTammy3@stillnumba4 On the contrary, I don’t think US war crimes would’ve been something that’s taught in their classrooms. Corporate media ain’t teaching you that either.
@MacroMicroNMike@bubby_max@KingOffX_@hasanthehun Ok fair, the US haven’t been good stewards of its people’s tax money. That does need fixing for anything else to work.
But Bezos’ fundamental interest is in his business, not the American people. Trust him to be a great allocator of capital for Amazon and shareholders, no 1 else
