Money solves most problems, but can create problems, too.
For all the problems money canโt solve, exercise, nutrition, and leading a healthy lifestyle will do.
The remaining void is filled by love, connection, and fulfillment.
Each of these makes the other easier to come by.
Back on our AM Grizzly.
Marathon went from a 7.4 โ 7.9 for me after ~120hrs. Trios has me hooked right now. Trios and Rook feel good but If Solo PvP starts hitting for me the score will climb even higher.
What are you guys feeling?
Vibrations Active.

We are overstimulated and we don't even notice. Netflix while eating. Reels in the bathroom. Music while cooking. Podcasts on walks. We consume by default, not by intention. You keep filling every gap, then wonder why you feel foggy and unmotivated. Boredom and silence are the real growth drivers. They give you space to think and create. That's when solutions show up for problems that have been stuck for months. Leave some room.

EXPAND / DOUBLE DOWN:
More peers / Better tools
= Exponential progress in same time
Discipline is heavy today. But regret is heavy forever. And you have to choose which one you are willing to carry. Choose the one that leads to the life you actually want.
@koilstipulate Wow! Thatโs wild. You shouldnโt tell me things like that. I have a tendency to take everything as a sign from the universe ๐ซฃ๐ Or maybe you should tell me ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ
Grateful that youโre here to listen! Thanks
Its a popular trend now to shit on mr beast, beast games, and this genre of ultra produced youtube
Thats stupid and wrong
people look for any reason to shit on it:
- "its not good for kids"
- "he objectifies poor people"
- "its not what youtube is about"
all cope.
In a world where the homepage of twitch looks like porn hub...
where every basketball game is brought to you by 4 different gambling companies...
where ai brainrot is 60% of reels/shorts/tiktok
mr beast (and creators like him) are the shinning light to save us
giving money to charity, never featuring gambling or porn, never even curing
people try to blame A GAMESHOW instead of looking at the platforms / culture
watch beast games with your kids.
it has the whole family engaged, asking "what you would do"
anyway-
good content, i like it
3 signs you are healing:
- You don't react to the people who used to trigger you.
- You enjoy your own company more than you used to.
- You are okay with being misunderstood.
Never say to yourself "I'm just getting old". There are people in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s getting their bodies in incredible shape.
It's never about your age. It's about your standards.
I thought internet culture was toxic in 2016.
Negativity isn't new, but 10 years later- casually making wild, condescending, ignorant comments has become a near normalized social behavior.
Lack of consequence = detachment from concept of risk
People will push if you let them.
