🚨NATIONAL DAY OF ACTION ON SATURDAY, JULY 18: The entire country must rise up to stop ICE’s killing spree. On July 7, ICE agents murdered Lorenzo Salgado Araujo in Houston. Today ICE murdered Joan Sebastian Guerrero in Maine.
These deaths are not accidental — they are the direct result of the Trump administration’s war on working-class immigrant communities, a war which is now demanding agents arrest 2,000 people per day.
After the people of Minnesota organized strikes and shutdowns to drive out Operation Metro Surge, ICE tried for several months to “stay out of the headlines.” But ICE’s overall aggressive and violent approach has continued with new tactics, and now a massive budget. Every Congressperson who has voted for ICE funding is responsible for these crimes. ICE may have pulled the trigger but they handed them the guns.
The vast majority of the country opposes the racist deportation drive Trump is waging in our communities. We want justice, equality and full rights for all immigrants. Now we must stand up and refuse to allow this violence to go unchallenged.
In the name of Joan, Lorenzo, Alex Pretti, Renee Nicole Good, Jaime Alanis, Keith Porter and so many other victims of ICE Terror: all out this Saturday, July 18!
Lorenzo Salgado Araujo should still be alive today. But an ICE officer shot and killed him in Houston during a traffic stop arrest.
ICE has repeatedly lied about killing people in cold blood. His family deserves the truth, and our entire country needs ICE to be abolished.

ICE killed Lorenzo Salgado Araujo. They claim he tried to run them over with their car.
They said the same thing when they murdered Ruben Ray Martinez.
They said the same thing when they murdered Renee Nicole Good.
They kill because they know they’ll get away with it.
also, the “perfect victim” myth extends beyond victims of interpersonal abuse. It is applied to all victims of all forms of oppression, and manufactures consent for the harm done to them, blames them for the harm they experience, and mischaracterizes the victim as aggressor. the requirement for victims to behave “perfectly” and “ideally” before, during, and after the abuse they experience is one that must be dismantled
fyi, amber heard was a domestic abuse victim who had plenty of evidence documenting the abuse she experienced + a story that reflected well established patterns of interpersonal abuse. yet plenty of libs/leftists participated in the reactionary, heavily coordinated smear campaign against her, without hesitation, and still don’t seem to care/recognize how devastating the effects have been. we are experiencing a period of cultural regression without any reckoning of how we got here
Ana Kasparian doubts the Graham Platner accusations.
"I think the allegations are suspicious, I'm just gonna say it. I think Platner's tattoo, and his explanation of how he handled the tattoo, after realizing it was a Nazi tattoo, was way more problematic than these claims."
Same thing happened with the women in the Black Panther Party — hell Ceaser Chavez victims came out earlier this year and attributed their silence to this
