GTA6’s "New" Honor System: Another feature copied from RDR2

Grand Theft Auto used to be about unfiltered, chaotic sandbox freedom.
A place where you could cause total chaos hijacking tanks and unleashing rockets without a digital babysitter judging your life choices. Good old times.

Now looking at the latest details surrounding GTA6, Rockstar seems to have gone again after a very predictable option: copying it's own IPs.

By introducing a "criminal record" and an evolution of Red Dead Redemption 2’s honor system complete with a dreaded "point of no return", GTA 6 isn't only not innovating, it’s recycling and going backwards, policing the fun of in-game scenarios.

If GTA6 forces us to worry about our moral standing while trying to enjoy a classic Vice City rampage running a truck head-on to the pride parade, it will simply lose the chaotic soul that made the franchise a hit in the first place.

The amount of decisions affected by the DEI/feminist/woke agendas is increasing with every gameplay detail that comes to the surface.

They are keeping physical discs, and when you buy one it will come with a digital entitlement

How it will work:

- Put the disc in an Xbox that has a disc drive
- Launch the game
- Claim a digital license on your Xbox account
- After that, you can play the game without putting the disc in, the disk will still work like a normal game disk

The digital license is tied to that specific disc, not permanently locked to you forever

If you sell or give the disc away and the new owner inserts it and claims it, the digital license moves to their account and comes off yours

This is the way it would be. Getting both physical media and digital media that you can own and sell
