@Brien_Jackson Is the hard line “I think killing babies is good, actually” no. Dems can’t handle topics like this bc their base believes them when they say they believe all people are equal. The problem is, democrats themselves don’t believe that
@z3vb0tt@WokeDudeBro The idea that Israel’s goal in Gaza and Lebanon is anything other than the ethnic cleansing and slaughter of civilians is laughable
i generally avoid commenting on a certain country in the Middle East
but this exchange here is a great example of where the power truly lies in the US-Israel relationship
and thus how uniquely stupid Trump is as a person and president
I’ve said this before but SCOTUS ruling you can’t prosecute a former President for official acts and us *immediately* getting the most insanely corrupt administration in American history is something you couldn’t write
"How can we as Christians in this area not be with Hezbollah? ... They protect our churches. They helped us fight ISIS. During Covid they gave us free care in their hospitals. When there was no electricity they gave us generators. They even put up a Christmas tree at Christmas."
it’s incredibly blackpilling to me that it takes rising gas prices and rising gas prices alone to have people turn against the war in iran, and not the american government murdering thousands of children and civilians in iran. americans are incredibly selfish
The NCTC is, to put it bluntly, a pretty chudded part of the intelligence community. This is startling precisely because Joe Kent is a through and through Trump guy who is resigning specifically because he thinks this is a war for Israel.
This is a huge scandal. Under pressure, a Dem rep said she would refuse AIPAC money. So instead Hakeem Jeffries is secretly funneling AIPAC money into her race through a shadow super PAC.
Party leaders don’t even consider the notion of sticking to her promise.
If something is legally required, like car insurance, then the industry should be nationalised. Why should the law force me to make profit for their shareholders rather than taxpayers?
@matthew_sigel@MichaeleDudley The idea that “growing the pie”, even if it wasn’t silly word salad, won’t result in further concentration of wealth at the top, as it has for the past 30 years, is either you being naive or dishonest
