@FamilyProjectTX I'm 50/50. I donโt think casinos should be Texas-wide, but we should have designated areas to allow them. As a resident, thereโs lots of potential for Texas to benefit massively from resorts and casinos.
I Lived in Texas my whole adult life, so I understand property taxes theyโve always sucked. Mine were just under 2%, with the majority going toward school taxes that everyone complains about.
I recently moved to Oklahoma for work, and with both state income tax and property tax, it honestly feels worse than Texas.
