For Hebron head coach Jordan Windholz, the standard doesn’t change based on the opponent, the setting or the moment.
“We got to be great at what we do all the time.”
Windholz wants his group to understand that every time Hebron takes the floor, the details matter. That means staying disciplined, maintaining intensity and refusing to ease up when things start going well.
“We can’t take our foot off the gas pedal, and we need to be us no matter the situation, no matter the environment.”
At this point in the fall, Windholz and his staff are intentionally nitpicking because the habits being built now will shape how the Hawks respond when the season gets real.
“Just holding them to the standard of excellence that we’re trying to instill in our boys.”
For Hebron, every rep is another opportunity to show what the program is working toward.
Mornings like THIS 🔥☀️
Rolling up to Independence Elementary to greet these incredible students = pure energy.
Here’s to high-fives, good vibes, and reminding each other that a little kindness goes a long way.
