#1 rule as a spotter should be to never let that bar stop. Make em work! Just don't let the bar stop. Bad things can happen when that bar stops. A great spotter is as focused and into the lift as the lifter.

L-Arginine is the main ingredient in most pre workout drinks that promote PUMPS. When I studied foods and their unique nutrient makeup, I discovered spinach has a lot of L-Arginine. And my immediate reaction in my head was Popeye knew about this way back in the 30s

For your own good do 5 sets of 5 on that bench. Not 5 then fail at 4 then fail at 3 and so on. Leave the Ego at home and grind out some real Hormone Boosting Sets. Hard ass work. Needing only a slight feathering of a spot on the last rep of the last set.

I would never make anyone do anything I'm not willing to do myself! I might regret it in the morning, but we are all in this together.

Typical day in the office has me teaching beginners how to get to 1 plate the first few hours. Then how to get those with 4 & 5 years experience to 4 & 5 & 6 plates the last couple hours. Everyday!
