Todd Golden’s team really stalking the ball and harassing our guards early. To find out more about this defensive strategy Google “Todd Golden stalking and harassing.”
My favorite thing about this team can be summed up in one Mark Pope quote in this video. “Everybody is jealous of where you are, no one is jealous of how you got here.” These dudes just want it more!
Kentucky now a pathetic 2-10 in their last 12 SEC home games.
At least Mark Stoops had fun at Big Blue Madness, though. Certainly didn't have his team prepared.
Again.
Imagine being a UL fan and this trash ass alumni team being your only sense of happiness. Then you have to watch Nate Sestina drag his nuts all over them and throw the L’s down. 😭😭😭
John Calipari on Reed Sheppard:
"I knew he was good but all of a sudden we start playing the games and you see his mindset. Unbelievable teammate, a drive, lived in the gym, improved his shooting, his ability to make plays, to block 3s, to steal balls. He does all that stuff."

With Rue turning 2 today I’m sharing some dad tips that I’ve jotted down over time.
Being a parent is the best grind in the world and being a part of the Girl Dad community is one of the many perks.
It’s important us dads stick together 🤝
Here’s what I got so far:
• Teach them what a “secret” is early
• Do bedtime routine together
• Eat dinner as a family
• Read the Daily Dad by @ryanholiday
• Weekly tradition. Pizza & Movie Night.
• Give them chores. (Trash, cleaning up their messes, let them pretend to help you doing something)
• Randomly interrupt them and tell them you love them
• Love on their mother
• When they’re having a moment - ask them if you can ask them a question. I feel like it makes them feel important and totally forget what they’re upset over.
If you have any off the top of your head - would love for you to share.
