@MxdRealityDev why does the setup for the HP Reverb G2 identify my USB 3.1 ports as 2.1 when I plug the headset in? When the headset isn’t plugged in, WMR confirms I have 3.0+. It changes it when the headset is plugged in. It’s never completed setup getting stuck on error 4-1

@quebectech @MxdRealityDev @HP I’m having the same issue. Still unable to use the brand new headset. All my ports are 3.1 gen 1 and gen 2 on my asrock z390 phantom gaming itx. If I do the setup without it plugged in, it confirms I have usb 3.0+. Once I plug the headset in I get the 4-1.
