After making excuse of being unable to appear before Session Court for bail hearing, Advocate for accused Zaheer appeared before Magistrate applying for production of Child in Court, we upon learning last min assisted Court & ensured accused isn't present when Child is produced

After protective bail given by LHC to Zaheer, main accused in #DuaZahra case, expired on 14Jul & he failed to appear before Khi Court, he again approached LHC Bahawalpur Bench on 15Jul but seeing LHC refusing to entertain application, Bail app was withdrawn. Zaheer is absconding
