Funniest part of twitter is when the self declared human right activists and progressives of this app declare IK a monster over the possibility of him doing something evil in like 10 years knowing people who they support HAVE ALREADY done it😂😂
They are running the Morsi playbook step by step.
Mohamed Morsi wasn’t just lost in a courtroom—he was slowly killed through years of deliberate medical neglect, denied access to independent doctors, and isolated behind state secrecy until his body gave out.
In an interview, Salman Akram Raja @salmanAraja lays out the exact same trajectory: court orders ignored, independent medical boards blocked, and critical symptoms like blood clot and severe blood pressure spikes swept under the rug.
It's a calculated strategy. We must demand transparent, immediate medical care now.

It breaks my heart to post this graph, but running away from truth never helps
Pakistan's cricket is at its lowest in 50 years, and no one has been able to arrests its fall since the 1990's
/1
Worst cricket team to visit England in 50 years. Worst hockey performance in 50 years. Worst investment in Pakistan in 50 years. Worst poverty rate in 50 years. Worst unemployment in 50 years. Worst economic situation in 50 years. Worst terrorism situation in 50 years.
Wonder if anything is left to make it worse
They stood outside Adiala through blazing heat and freezing nights. They faced water cannons, eggs, arrests and every form of pressure but they never backed down. Imran Khan’s sisters showed a level of resistance that history will remember.
Imran Khan was one of us. He played for Oxford and for Worcestershire. He speaks Urdu with an English accent. Sure, he made mistakes as PM, but we should outraged that he has been banged up for 3 years on bogus charges, and that his health has broken down.

After reportedly spending 301 days in isolation, Imran Khan asked a simple but powerful question upon meeting his sister:
“How is my nation?”
Despite months of isolation and separation from his family, his first concern was reportedly the people of Pakistan. 🇵🇰
The quote is being reported and should be attributed as such.
A side of Imran Khan rarely seen.
This remarkable interview with scholar Hamza Yusuf, recorded when Imran Khan was Prime Minister, has recently resurfaced—and it deserves to be heard.
Forget the politics for a moment. Listen to the man.
Listen to his understanding of leadership, faith, humility, humanity and the responsibility that comes with power. It offers a rare glimpse into the person behind the politician.
For those who want to understand what Imran Khan represents—and why so many people continue to stand with him—watch this interview.

Some interviews tell you what a politician wants you to hear. This one reveals what he believes. (Nayyar)

Chaudary sb I humbly disagree. PMLN’s failure to create a narrative is not the fault of their social media team. With negative per capita economic growth over four years, the highest poverty levels in a decade, highest unemployment levels in 2 decades, the lowest share of investment since 1960, doubling of taxes in four years, decreasing exports, falling real incomes, it is simply the case that no-one is willing to buy whatever narrative PMLN is trying to sell.
And what is the narrative now anyway? Is it still “vote ko izzat do”? Is it 3Es? (Exports [falling], Energy [most expensive], Education [39% kids out of school]. PMLN has no narrative. It only has government.
Following 29 persons from PTI Mianwali (Town Kamar Mashani) were arrested for celebrating 14th August as independence day. After arrest they have been sent to Mianwali jail for 30 days by DC Mianwali under MPO. Blatant misuse of power by DC Mianwali. Shame on DC Mianwali Shame on Punjab Government
In Mianwali, 36 PTI workers were arrested for participating in Independence Day rallies and sent to Central Jail for 30 days under 3-MPO. This is a gross misuse of preventive detention by DC: peaceful political expression, a fundamental right, cannot be criminalised through mass arrests without individualised and legally sustainable grounds. On Independence Day, the state has ironically detained citizens for exercising the very freedoms that independence was meant to guarantee.
Why is Imran Khan’s health such a confidential issue. Why can’t the authorities let his doctors see him with full public knowledge.
In 78 years of our existence never seen such draconian rule where the most popular leader cannot even see his own doctors.
Human Rights Organisations both local & international plus others need to raise the issue more aggressively than before.
In the CNN interview, Kasim and Sulaiman said they had “no updates because his (Imran’s) family, doctors [and] lawyers haven’t been allowed to see him for seven months”.
“Been more in the dark than we’ve ever been through his incarceration,” Kasim said.
