@ecom_cork Leaving country doesn't solve it. The US is just as brutal. 21% federal + state tax, whereas Canada has the 500k small business deduction to help offset even a small amount.

Most donβt need, but past a certain size it is necessary and the savings are insane.

@SchroedsBiz@ChadCarleton FBM is not that tight. Just need to use verified carriers and dispatch on time. Merchant fulfilled prime is tighter b/c of the delivery time allowance
Not exactly the same because of size but they have the same basic rules & processes for inbound, management and packing.
Only difference might be customization & package size, but you can still capture the customization via WMS rules.
All that being said, if you have a monster volume client with something specific, any 3PL would be dumb not to set up a workflow to meet their needs.
What I want to avoid is too much customization that disrupts the flow of other work
