@DzemalVeli @lightlfc @crispniqab Not true. It’s makruh without arrogance in the Hanbali madhab and there’s even a second opinion that says it’s permissible without arrogance.
@ibnalmemonee Lol the reality of these “dawah accounts” has been known for time. So many are munafiqun liars with pretend piety.
Real Tulaab/Zuhaad don’t even use socials like that.
@MustafaAfghaani @alspittingg @JournalismDoc @MercifulMessage I was responding to the person who said you cant act upon weak ahadith.
I believe it’s recommended to wipe the face after dua.
@alspittingg @MercifulMessage @JournalismDoc Why can’t you just accept that there’s a lot you don’t know? Follow your opinion and leave others to theirs. Stop acting like major scholars are wrong just because they differ with you.
This is why it is said:
كلما زاد علم المرء قل إنكاره
@alspittingg Stop copy-pasting. Go read what Nawwawi said in Sharh Muslim and what Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned — the majority of scholars didn’t declare the Khawārij kuffār. A narration from Shāfiʿī or Mālik isn’t proof of their official stance. Show their students or madhhab. Do better man
@alspittingg @MercifulMessage @JournalismDoc Hanafis use Qiyās — which you Ẓāhirīs hate. The irony: I’m pointing out valid ikhtilāf, but I’m the one forcing my view? You’re the one denying all other opinions, yā jāhil murakkab
@alspittingg @aneevv_ Where did I say it’s wrong? I’m saying this is an issue in Usul al-Fiqh — would you call Ibn Uthaymeen a liberal for that view? Why reduce a nuanced topic to name-calling?
@alspittingg @MercifulMessage @JournalismDoc Why you so shadeed bro? If you don’t accept weak ahadith, fine — but acting like everyone else is wrong or making things up is immature. This mindset is toxic.
Ibn T:
أحمد بن حنبل وغيره من العلماء جوَّزوا أن يُروى في فضائل الأعمال ما لم يُعلم أنه ثابت إذا لم يُعلم أنه كذب
@alspittingg @aneevv_ Whether it’s right or wrong isn’t my point. Ibn Uthaymeen mentions the ḥikmah behind the pig’s prohibition as its being rijs and harmful to the body. That doesn’t make him a liberal, does it?
@alspittingg @aneevv_ She’s saying the ruling is taʿabbudi — not based on pigs being dirty (رجس). I’m pointing out that some scholars, like Ibn ʿUthaymeen, say it’s taʿlīlī and the ʿillah is their filth (rajasa). That’s not liberalism — it’s usūl al-fiqh.
@alspittingg @MercifulMessage @JournalismDoc The Fuqaha use weak hadith all the time (providing its in Ibadah, doesn’t oppose an authentic hadith, isn’t fabricated etc).
It’s literally prefered over Qiyas according to the Hanbalis.
@alspittingg @MercifulMessage @JournalismDoc What are you even talking about man. You just say the first thing that comes to your head I’m convinced.
Study Hanbali Usul and come back to me. Read the Muqaddimah of 40 Hadith an-Naawawi then come back to me. Just read any book of Fiqh then come back to me
