एक तरफ नगर निगम का बोर्ड लगा है—“समय पर अपना टैक्स जमा करें।”

जनता समय पर टैक्स दे भी रही है। दूसरी तरफ नगर निगम के कर्मचारी सफाई भी कर रहे हैं—इसके लिए उनका धन्यवाद।

लेकिन सवाल यह है कि टैक्स के पैसे का इस्तेमाल ऐसी व्यवस्था बनाने में क्यों नहीं हो रहा, जिससे सफाई के दो दिन बाद फिर वही कूड़े का ढेर न लग जाए?

एक तरफ टैक्स चाहिए, दूसरी तरफ इंडस्ट्रियल एरियाज़ में सड़क किनारे कूड़े का अंबार!

नगर निगम काम कर रहा है, लेकिन अब सिर्फ़ कूड़ा उठाने से नहीं—कूड़ा दोबारा सड़क पर न आए, ऐसी स्थायी व्यवस्था चाहिए।

जनता टैक्स देने से पीछे नहीं हटती, अब नगर निगम को भी टैक्स के पैसे का हिसाब और स्थायी समाधान देना होगा।
