Been working on our psychological horror game called ‘We Pretend’ for the past couple months.
(Hence inactivity when it came to animation)
But would appreciate it if you could check it out 🙏✨

There are people out there who share the same dreams as you, but if this is how you proceed, you'll find yourself surrounded by no one but sycophants to help you achieve them. Even if you're the best in the world.
It's really interesting seeing people justifying Zhang's text. From saying it's "Burnout," to that it was taken out of context.
First of all, sometimes we need to try to understand that our "favorite animators" can often be arrogant people, without any justification.
From the new generation, just like Zhang, we have Sota Shigetsugu (Hone Hone) who publicly made, not once, but twice, completely disrespectful comments about the artist responsible for the 'Sound Design' of One Piece. (Search the internet, you'll find it.)
There are several other cases of highly talented animators involved in controversies about how to behave, and that's very bad for them.
In the animator's text made by, @TyyTimesThree, she highlighted what I think in one of the excerpts from Zhang that I posted here on my profile.
“That Weilin Zhang blog post is really lame. The frustrations with current state of commercial anime are totally justified but he shovels the blame on the individual working artists rather than the system that benefits from producing over commercialised works or the organisations”
That's exactly it. The point is that there's no defending what Zhang said; it's completely reprehensible. Take a look at my post, which ended up going viral, and see how many professional animators commented on it. Some were in favor, others against what he said.
I saw that some people said I was unfair in removing that part of the text and posting it, but if it were something good, would that be okay? The text is still quite long, and the link is in the main post.
As a fan of Zhang's work, I would like him to explain this. And not be like Hone and others who simply let time pass so that people no longer remember the things they publicly did.
We are adults, and we have to behave like it.
Strange Fake #2 was amazing. Clan Calatin vs Assassin and Jesters entrance was everything I hoped for when reading the novel 4+ years ago.
Although a rushed adaptation, it’s extremely enjoyable watch. I can’t wait to see how they do Hansa vs Jester and the future episodes 😳
