Jimmy Wajigi is quite something else in the Kenya political landscape!!! He is articulate, widely versed, seems to have a vision for what Kenya would look like, but bitter about Uhuru. Is he the state-card we often hear of?
@MigunaMiguna Humbled you responded. That was an eye opener. My point was, we are lacking a critical mass of dissenting intellectuals to rally the currently frustrated middle class into a revolution. Some of the people we thought were intellectuals were pacified by political appointments!
@ahmednasirlaw This opinion is satirical at every level of analysis. At core, it suggests that you have given up on the law in favour of what appears to be close to religious exorcism. The cure is a vigilant citizenry and court system willing to advance social justice.
@MigunaMiguna@WMutunga None in the current presidential aspirants you has what it takes to bring a revolution. Each country that achieved one has either sacrificed a section of its popu' or totally annihilated the leading class. Mao sacrificed his pipo, Romania did a shooting squad to Ceausescu n so on
@Benign_Overlord You need re-education sir. U misunderstand what the law is designed to do and what it means by no one is above the law "Taking responsibility" in what looks like premediated homicide in unheard off anywhere in the world. Compensation could've been pursued while he is in Jail!!
@jaredsadia@MigunaMiguna Oooh yeah... then the pretentious sense of charitability on his face would have faded almost immediately. Most people in positions where they should ask the real questions are dabblers. Confident, sometimes beautiful, but dabblers
@MigunaMiguna Who exactly should have made sure Justice prevailed? I dont think it is the media perse, it is the dabbler interviewers. He shouldn't have been allowed to justify miscarriage of justice by invoking an argument that paints our laws as retributive. There was no pushback at all
@ntvkenya No one with a criminal record shud be in a position of power. No matter the nomenclature used to describe the crime. Taking responsibility or being forgiven by the victim has very little to do with the law. He admits his crime. That case should be reopened.
@RobertAlai People admitted to subverting the will of the people and installed a none elected candidate through power brokers. That in itself should have been picked by our investigative units and thorough investigation caried out. Instead Leaders like you re engaged in side shows.
@japheth_sande@MigunaMiguna This is exactly the leading destructive mentality in Kenya. Sanitising criminals simply because there are others in their position with criminal history. The best response for the weakest of this way of thinking is-do a citizen arrest. When will be people of the Law?
@MigunaMiguna Part of the prblem sir... The actual problem is an easily excitable voting block, an incompetent policing/ investigation unit(s) and an ODPP dpt with zero interest in developing our jurisprudence in matters integrity. Lders in Africa are largely shaped by the existing culture.
@HildaThatc74799@NelsonHavi What exactly are you looking for in a president? What do you mean by done? What had Ruto done before he became president? Matiangi has better public record than Ruto my gu
@NelsonHavi Which change are you talking about? Kalonzo can't lead, Wamalwa is a go- with the flow kind of guy, Gachagua is just Ruto on tribal steroids. Only Sifuna and Matiangi makes sense as the best choice to bring change. I wish these were the choices we had
@citizentvkenya The archives dont say so. The problem of showman for a president is facts dont matter; its all about what the president says and how confident he is when saying it. There was nothing intentional about broad-based govt. It was part of your make-do approach to being at the top.
