We started from scratch and identified our strengths and weaknesses as taught by @H3ABioNet & @EBItraining in their #TtT course. We've proudly run the first #bioinformatics workshop for bacterial genomic surveillance in 🇨🇲. An introduction to bioinformatics w/ web-based tools.

Despite the challenges of power supply, network and language barrier w/ 80% of the cohort being french speakers, We did it! Our #bioinformatics workshop was a real success.
End of Day3. @EssackSabiha gave the final lecture with snapshot on #AMR and #OneHealth. Again, great talk and interactive discussion about genomics challenges and opportunities with participants.
