They shouldn't be sexualized for it.
They don't deserve zoomed in angles of their body parts that aren't even relevant to their activity.
Also in some sports they don't have that autonomy. Brand deals can contribute too.

You can wear bikers shorts and some camera guy wood zoom in at them cheeks.

We've seen people commenting things like, "the cameraman understood the assignment". Esp when female athletes, wearing shorts are engaged in activity. Sit this one out sir.
