Pakistan invited thousands of Afghan students to study under the Allama Muhammad Iqbal Scholarship Program. Now, all of them are reportedly being forced , detained out of universities, classrooms, and hostels, while facing threats, humiliation, and uncertainty over renewals of their visas.

This is unfair and deeply sad .
Afghan students should not be punished for the actions or policies of the Taliban. Pakistan granted them scholarships with big shouts of supporting afghans , they came to Pakistan in good faith, under an official scholarship program and commitment , to study and build a better future.

A strong and wise country honors its commitments, protects students, and treats them with dignity—not fear or humiliation.

Education should never become a tool of political punishment. Afghan students deserve respect, safety, and the right to complete their education.
