I'm 35, 187cm, and weighed ~60kg all of my adult life, morbid thin.

Late last year I decided I didn't want to be an uber thin bastard anymore and went HAM.

I just hit 73kg and for the first time EVER am feeling the shadow of an iota of confidence.

If I can do it anybody can.

I don't go to gym. I use two shitty 5kg dumbbells, a bench, a chinup bar, and bodyweight, nothing else. I workout roughly 2-3hrs total per week. I drink pure whey smoothies (no extra shit) after workout and casein at night and I eat healthy and snack a lot.
