Does by one know how to speak with @British_Airways ? I start my holiday soon. They cancelled my outward bound flight but I rebookedanother flight. BUT now cancelled my journey home and I have not been given the option to rebook. They have my details via DM but aren’t responding
Anyone else frustrated by @British_Airways flight cancellations?!?! Last week they cancelled 1 of 2 my outward bound flights which now means I need to stay overnight in Heathrow at my expense. Today, they cancelled final leg of return journey. #nightmare
I sent a DM yesterday. I gave all required info. I was told to wait for an agent. I waited, waited & waited. All very frustrating. The app will not let me rebook my cancelled flight. Says to call. Impossible to get through. I expect better customer service from @British_Airways
