ITVTCORP will use a USDOT grant to hire and/or transfer funds to the VOLPE CENTER to do this in three steps: 1-Do a cardboard mock-up at scale in four months. 2-Have a test track with a prototype of a vehicle Iin a year. 3-Complete a Proof of Concept in three years.

ITVTCORP OWNS A PATENT TO DO THIS. NO NEED FOR EXTENSIVE R&D AND LONG TERM STUDIES!

The USDOT will allocate funds to refund ITVTCORP for the Patent and for the Patent use then provide additional funding for ITVTCORP operations until the proposed transportation system is implemented. The patent and videos I did with my own money and in my own time! Meanwhile my credit cards continue to acrue interest! Not a single penny provided by the USDOT to this date!!!

The USDOT Research and Technology main flaw: assuming that in the future cars and delivery trucks will be our primary means of ground transportation! The same for the TRB, ITS America, ARTS, UTC Universities, Mineta Institute, HASS, NHTSA and V2X.

We don't need an electric car to compete with CHINA and we don't need to ignore the EV REVOLUTION! ITVTCORP will have these vehicles built by AMERICAN WORKERS in the USA using AMERICAN made CHIPS and will use AMERICAN STEEL for the tracks!

Cars are so XX CENTURY! Electric cars keep you living in the XX CENTURY! THIS PROPOSAL IS FOR THE XXl CENTURY! This proposal is for a NEW INFRASTRUCTURE! It is not for REBUILDING existing infrastructure!

This is the perfect complement to AMAZON FULFILLMENT CENTERS and any other merchandise and groceries delivery businesses. AWS will determine location and travel time to a destination for millions of such vehicles at any time. AWS will schedule and program deliveries using these vehicles. AWS will handle automatic electronic transactions so that each vehicle owner can be charged to their account for power consumption, tolls and vehicle registration. ITVTCORP foresees a business relationship with AMAZON AWS in the near future.
