This little, warm family has broken my heart. Yesterday in Aramoun, the enemy targeted them.
The father, Mohammad Shehab, was killed. His little daughter, an angel, was also killed.
And his wife now lies severely wounded, suspended between life and death.
This is the "target bank" of an enemy that claims military superiority, a bankrupt enemy that, while being crushed on the battlefield in the south, vents its rage on defenseless families.
A father.
A child.
A mother fighting for her life.
And yet the world that lectures everyone about "human rights" and "international law" suddenly finds its voice missing when the victims are Lebanese civilians. The same capitals that rush to condemn in hours when it suits their politics now meet the killing of entire families with cold indifference or worse, justification wrapped in diplomatic language.
