@PGC1a_RB I built my dad an obstacle course in his backyard. He does that on a daily basis. Keeps his balance and mind sharp. Even volunteering and doing small social jobs is good. Working out obviously but im sure you got that covered for him.

@PGC1a_RB There's no drug in the world that fix that imo. His memory is failing because he stopped using it. I can't stress the importance of him doing daily sudoku, crosswords, playing board games, reading, learning new language/instrument. Finding a hobby, joining senior clubs.
