IMHO everything that u are trying to achieve (how does ur Brand materialize in the world, tone of voice…) is the role of a CMO and/or a CBO. So my Q to u is: do u have a CMO?

Man! I just wasted 1h15 at a @WellsFargo branch to open a biz account, to be told I need to provide the original certificate of incorporation of my Cie. I said no It’s a waste of time. Walked into a @ChaseSupport branch, spoke to the manager and walked out 12min later with a 🤝
