Fiji Times has been a pain for @MOHFiji. From misinformation regarding vaccines, publishing articles on COVID19 cases before the official announcement to entering COVID19 hotspot areas. That's not journalism.
Don’t hate the guy. He was just working the #COVID19 frontline. Have the school athletics meet & the entire nation may have to be on lockdown, easy to imagine that. Now try to imagine @MOHFiji overwhelmed with cases. We don’t have the facilities. Please stop whining. #maskupfiji
Twerking is a form of dance. When Hollywood/Bollywood celebrities do the same they are not criticized. Once again this shows that every rule is only applicable to women! Women can't do this and can't do that crap remains in our society! #womenarenotobjects
@The_AAbhishay@bhumikakhatrii@CommsFWCC@SEEP_Fiji@MOHFiji @FijianGovt A young woman in labour could not get any taxi until after curfew, she delivered her child in the vehicle on the way to hospital. Can you imagine how many people out there are suffering in silence because of the curfew?
COVID-19 Vaccine is important! We should be glad that we have access to this medicine and that to free of cost. Rather than criticizing the government, be satisfied that the @FijianGovt @MOHFiji is taking reasonable measures and resources available to ensure the “Right to Health”.
This is cruel and inhumane. It's high time now that our Animals Protection Act needs to be amended. We need harsher penalties for abusers. Dogs are starving and mutilated for the purpose of pig hunting. This is a barbaric practice and needs to STOP. @FijiAgriculture

The Police Bill 2020 is scary and in no way or form meets the "international human rights obligations".
Forget about privacy, you won't even be able to use the terms "Fiji police", "police" and "Fiji Police force" without risking 5 yrs in prison.
Bill said Yes Police Brutality
A high ranking police officer appeared in the Suva Magistrates Court today facing four counts of sexual assault.

The draft Police Bill raises a lot of questions & concerns with respect to the safeguarding of our fundamental rights. Re-establishing trust and confidence between authorities and those they're to serve and protect should be a priority, not becoming a Police State.
Justice in Fiji:
Suspects: torture, brutality, arbitrary arrests, detention without charge for 48hrs
Violent cops: forgiveness, afternoon tea and selfies
It is commendable that the new budget has focused on "right to education", "right to health" and "right to housing".Changes have been made in the scholarship programme and this is a good move as children will work hard now to achieve good marks in school. #FijianNationalBudget
Another woman murdered by her intimate partner - we failed 2 women who have been killed by their violent partners since #COVID19 protocols came into place. The community fails them. The police fails them. The justice system fails them. We fail them. #DV https://t.co/Bsdj2yWirq
That press conference was so emotional. I hope people realize that these people are our own. Not a foreigner- but a Fijian like you & me. Please be kind with your words. Let's protect each other. Spread ❤

That's the sad reality. People assume just because they're coming from India they're all Indo-Fijians. I have a cousin whose on that same flight that took his wife for Cancer treatment to India unfortunately she passed away & is bringing her ashes home. It's our own!
