@Kyrokin98 @keerp_ @jdotb That was just one example. The customization of the UI is the first thing I look for. It is a big reason why it is successful. Not being able to show your hots in a way that makes sense to you is a legit deal breaker for so many people.

whatever your opinion on addons, wow's dominance in the genre is bc of addon support. it's the singular differentiating feature from every other mmo and the reason why wow was the only one to survive the 2000s. addons have fixed far more problems for blizz than they've created
