@UPSRTCHQ i am travelling from kaushambi to moradabad in mid ac 3X2 which ticket cost is INR 324.
This is an ac bus but ac is not working. So I need concessions in my ticket amount.
The attitude of the ticket collector is very bad. look into the matter pls
