@rapidobikeapp I loaded money in my Rapido wallet. It is visible as balance in the wallet but i am unable to use it to make ride payments.
Multiple tickets have been raised on the app but it has been more than a few weeks and there is not a single revert to those tickets.

We have been facing this issue from long time and our orders get cancelled b/c delivery partners doesnt pick the order and we have to bear the cost then. Why should we bear the cost of packing and all when you guys doesnt pick our order

@Meesho_Official @meesho_support The delivery executives doesn’t come on time to pickup the order and then the order gets cancelled and then your team lie by saying that order was not ready. Dont play useless games with us. We have 15 orders to ship but no one comes to pick
