@robstaton Shaheed has been a massive bust this season. A major mistake in signing him over Ken Walker.
The other big disappointment has been the regression of Grey Zabel. Something is badly wrong with this offensive line.
Delighted with the defense again. But a lot of problems elsewhere.
@Brady_Quinn@PeteSampson_ Sorry, Brady, but Herbstreit is right this time.
We just saw in with our own eyes tonight.
Notre Dame are massively overrated. This team will always find a way to come up small in the big moments.
Carr was dreadful. There was zero passrush. And the playcalling was cowardly.
@NDFootball Truly pathetic.
Zero passrush.
Carr found wanting in the big moments.
Denbrook absolutely gutless.
Game was lost in the 3-and-out series directly after the pick.
Notre Dame did not deserve to win.
@robstaton One of the biggest problems for Seattle which no one is talking about - why are Cooper Kupp, Rashid Shaheed and Elijah Arroyo almost entirely inconsequential in this offense? JSN can't do it all on his own, but that's what he is being asked to do every week.
@CorbinSmithNFL By their own high standards, Seahawks have been brutal today.
So many brain-dead penalties. So many poor playcalls. So many missed tackles.
Inability to convert short yardage on offense.
Inability to stop short yardage on defense.
Lots to fix going forward.
@robstaton McDonald messed up the clock situation massively before the 2-minute warning. Standing there watching 40 seconds come off the clock was a shockingly poor decision.
@Niall_Boylan Is anyone surprised?
Gardai objected to bail.
But Judge Peter White displayed absolute incompetence & disdain for law & order by allowing a person who entered the country illegally, without any form of identification, and committed a crime within 24hrs of arrival, to walk free.
@NewstalkFM Another worthless "solution" from @greenparty_ie... put a green stripe on the number plate!
Typical nonsense by @EamonRyan.
How about finding a way to charge the fleet of 130 electric buses parked up because there's no way of charging them?!?
@OllieHolt22 It was the equivalent of footballing suicide.
If you're going to be beaten, at least go down fighting toe-to-toe... but this was a meek, cowardly surrender.
Absolutely pathetic.
@SamLee 100%, Sammy.
They simply surrendered.
It was embarrassing. If you're going to go out, at least go out fighting, not so meekly and cowardly.
Tuchel was a difference maker... and the difference was shit.
@markgoldbridge Absolutely. England surrendered.
Argentina weren't great. But England sat back and handed them the momentum and watched the inevitable happen.
If Southgate had done what Tuchel has just done, he'd be eviscerated...
He waved the white flag as soon as England went a goal up.
@robstaton They fully deserved to lose this game, Rob. Absolutely brutal leadership from Kane and Tuchel. Sat deeper & deeper when it was obvious that a goal was inevitably coming for Argentina. Hurts me to say it but they've only themselves to blame...
It was a surrender.
@robstaton Compared to two 1st rounders for Maxx Crosby, or two 1st rounders & Kenny Clark for Micah Parsons, this probably seems like a good (not great) deal for the Rams.
But it's a gamble - and they're ALL IN, WIN NOW mode.
I much prefer the sustainable, long-term approach by Seattle.
@sal_licata Sal was a champion for David Stearns during the off-season. He fully supported the moves by the @Mets front office.
But Alonso & Nimmo were never the problem. Instead it was the terrible veterans in the rotation & bullpen (signed by Stearns!)...
Sal wants to forget that now! 😂
@TonightVMTV@think_or_swim John Gibbons is an unqualified & increasingly desperate grifter with zero credibility.
Turned over to a different station when I saw that he was on the panel.
There is simply no political party in #Ireland currently that reflects the views of the majority of population on spending, taxation, immigration and the NGO industrial complex.
It is no wonder people are so angry.
